Aqua Mail doesn't block email. This is a feature people have actually been asking for but it doesn't actually do blocking that is done by your email provider. It's possible it could be in an email subfolder that isn't set to be synced or is being filtered or blocked by your email provider.

Thanks, My email provider says that he isn't blocking it either.
I have checked all the folders. My brother's emails are still disappearing in the ether??

Further to what chris said, AM doesn't even have the ability to block emails.

I suggest going to the web interface of your mail provider and looking for your brother's emails. Check the deleted and spam folders. If they're not there, then they're being blocked before they get to your email's server.

What is the domain your brother's email comes from?
