To view hidden messages, previous help topics have advised the following: -

Yes, Menu -> View -> Show hidden messages in a folder will restore them.

Open the "parent" folder, then look in the menu.
In my menus for both my parent folders, view item only shows larger font or smaller font.
Am I looking in the wrong place?
