Hi

What a superb feature this is I have several standard long responses set up its brilliant to be able to answer customers in full while on the go but one thought to improve it....

I have several responses and it would be helpful to label them instead of it displaying all the text for instance

Directions To Work (then when selected it inserts list of directions)

Detailed Price List (when selected inserts detailed text etc) 

It would make it much easier to arrange and select the text you want

And there is an unanswered post in the How To folder asking how to find this feature in the app. I'm glad to know that I overlooked it and just need to find it. Once I do I can buy the app.

I also second this.
Would be nice to have shorter labels or the option to just show the FIRST line AND it is important, that they can be sorted manually via drag and drop.
