Sync error on wifi for Outlook.com

I have a typical issue. When I am on wifi network of my home or office, which is private network, i get sync error for my two outlook.com account, while my personal gmail and gsuit account sync properly. While I am on mobile 4G network, no sync problem.

Any help here!

Hello,

Are you getting any errors when you try to connect to your accounts? If so, please send them to us at support /at/ aqua-mail /dot/ com with a debug log.
