Despite following all of the advice in the developers FAQ's, AquaMail does not always give instant notification when a message is received. Sometimes it will not acknowledge that a message has been received until I open the app. Other times it will give a notification immediately. I am using the paid version.
Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated as I am running out of hair to tear out.
