Help saving/exporting messages

I am running AquaMail, V1.27.0-1705, on my phone which is running Android V10. I sometimes use AquaMail for sending emails and when I do, I log into my mail server and download those message and put them into MS Outlook (my primary email tool).

Recently, I sent a couple of message via Aqua Mail and cleaned up the mail server before downloading the messages. The messages are still on my phone, but I have not yet figured out how to save/share/export them so that I can copy them into Outlook. Would you please tell me how to do this?

Try sending them to yourself.

True - that will get the content. But, the headers would be entirely wrong.
