I often will backup my settings and then restore after resetting my phone or getting a new phone. Usually aquamail would reset my managed folders until more recent updates. Any version of aquamail after 1.22.0-1539 now restores the account but only links the inbox folder. All other folders than have to be manually pointed assigned or delete and re-add the email account. This would explain past issues that people have been having with their trash or drafts not syncing when checking their email from something other than aquamail because the synced folders are not being synced to. Would be nice to see a fix for this.
