T-Mobile updated--license lost
« on: March 19, 2020, 09:29:12 pm »
My phone OS was recently updated and subsequently, my Aquamail licence required updating as well, for some odd reason. But Google Play continually reports that it cannot connect to the server. I emailed Aquamail for help, but my registered email address is one I cancelled some time ago, and my requests for help have seemingly not reached their recipient. Especially now, we need to stay as connected as possible, so please, someone suggest how I can get my license back. Much appreciated!

Thanks for your speedy reply Nadia. I followed your suggestion and contacted support, but thus far, still no reply. I know we're all quite crazy right now, so I understand that there may be delays. I'll wait a few more days, and if I am not contacted I'll let you know again. Stay safe!

Ok, I am being ignored both here and though your support system. I will take it up with Googleplay.

Never mind, I re-installed the app, and licence is restored.
