How to move messages in batch?

I want to make batch moving, but if I select multiple messages in message list Move button disappears. Why? How to move messages in batches?

Hi,

Once selected the option is available under the contextual (burger menu) at the top/bottom of the message list screen. Here are a couple of screenshots :)
