Enable Mobile view for entire account

This is the only thing I need from this GREAT app. If in the settings could you set it to show ALL emails in mobile view instead of having to do each one by one when viewing it.

You can already do that (switch once, use always) but by default it's disabled on Android 4 because of this bug:

The "sticky" (persistent) setting can be enabled in the app settings, Extended mode (top item), under Message display. The setting item is called: Sticky "mobile view".
