Kostya is the only one who really implemented and fixed things.
Now bugs will remain open, like the fingerprint/ lock problem.

I don't quite remember version history but - one of the first things we did together (with MS) was to add Flurry analytics (even before any design changes, but I'm not positive on that part). As already correctly noted in another thread.

Oh time-wise, it was end of 2016.

oh man. Just saw this thread. It's really sad to see you quit Kostya. I remember emailing you asking tons of question and you answered everything promptly.    I have to admit Aqua mail is one of the best android email client and that credit goes to you for sure.. wish you all the best buddy.

And now we all can see and feel the difference between Kostya's "one-man power" and the weakness of a commercially focused company (like MobiSystems, or any other corporation)... 🤗

I think Michael Maslarov from MobiSystems has been making reasonable effort. We should not complain excessively. Also - there is nothing to gain by repeated comments which only annoy the new developers team.

You only think. But we know for sure how much effort he put in. There is nothing wrong with repeated comments praising the creator of this app. No reason to be annoyed. We all expressing our gratitude here and that's perfectly fine.

Well, what I meant is that Kostya has done an extremely ambitious support with incredible responsiveness. Better than any other app developer I know and better than any corporation could ever do, because Kostya has driven the development forward with heart, dedication and passion.

But it is definitely noticeable that there is a gap compared to Kostya,... and what was to be expected.

This is not a complaint from my side against the current support, especially not against Michael.  At least since Michael got involved here, the community lives something again, rather then the few months before.

I hope AM will stay the best email-app for android. In my opinion, a mix from aquamail and maildroid would be the verybest...
