Open attachments

I got a mail with attachment. How do I open it? I tried by pressing the attachment symbol, but this didn't work. I looked in the help without success.

I still have not found a way to open attachments (I asked about this a few days ago). I pressed the attachment symbol - nothing happened. In the settings in preload I set all to 1mb. That did not help. I need help badly!

Just "open" the item "Attachments and other options" (tap on the "+")

I'm very sorry: when I select the screenshot, the message 'not enough memory for the latest operation' pops up. The screenshot has 266 KB. What must I do?

Could be a limitation by your device, maybe also the reason that you are not not able to open attachments on your device... 🤗
