Error checking mail on Aquamail

Hi,

From yesterday, i have a problem on Aquamail all versions (the last one also), the apps can not synchronise my mails. The error is :"Error checking mail: Network error: Read error : ssl=(code number) : I/O error during system call, connection reset by peer".

But when i connect by internal VPN (with pulse secure) the application is finally connected.

But, The Samsung mail and Outlook 2016 can be connected directly to internet without any problem.

What's happen ? and how can i fix this problem.

I am having the same problem. In my case, though, I cannot send mail when using Verizon service on my Samsung Galaxy S8+, getting the same exact message, though mail sends perfectly when connected to WiFi. (I am able to *retrieve* email fine on both Verizon and wifi.) This is a new issue -- same settings worked fine until this week. I have sent an email to support but as yet no response. Does anyone have any ideas?
