I used to use Aquamail combined with my Communigate mailserver. This worked great and i could use the activesync function from Communigate when i choosed "Exchange mail" in Aquamail.
This gave me my calendar, contacts and email without problems.
But the newer Aquamail versions can't work with it anymore since these version try to visit an incorrect url on the Communigate server.
The log of my mailserver states:

As you can see Aquamail tries to visit /EWS/Exchange.amx on my server and that is not there.
I tried to use the Samsung Email app with the "exchange" setting and that connects without any problems. But by using the Samsung mail app i allow them to follow my tracks and mail for 5(!!!) years, so that is not a descent option....
