Apple Mail Authentication Problems

I'm trying to get my Apple Mail Account working with AquaMail.

What I've done so far:
  • Tried to set up a new account with AquaMail. Ive chosen "Internet Mail"
  • Generate an application specific password via
  • Tried to make the login work with that application specific password
I always get the message: IMAP Authentication failed. Seems that the server is not accepting my app specific password.
Any idea to get the things done?

Have you managed to add your account to Aqua Mail? If not, please email us at to have your issue resolved.

Aqua Mail sends the login and the password exactly as entered.

Please take this up with Apple support.
