Can Not send on Note 9

I bought this app and it will not reply, reply all or forward when there is a large attachment.
You click one of the 3 options and a dialog opens saying "wait for the message to load" which it does and then nothing. The box to enter a recipient never opens thus no way to forward, reply or reply all.

Can someone help? Thanks.

Where is the email account? I mean what mail service / corporate server etc?

Large is approx how large exactly, can you tell?

Best thing would be - to capture the issue in the app's debug log and send that to support / at / aqua-mail / dot com.

I use Aqua with my Note 9, no problems
