Include full To/From/CC details when replying
« on: August 25, 2019, 01:26:56 pm »
When I reply to an email in Outlook desktop, full details of the email I'm replying to are included in the reply (and therefore preserved throughout the thread):

  From: <sender>
  Sent:  <date/time sent>
To: <everyone included in the "To:" field, not just me>
  Cc: <everyone on Cc:>
  Subject: <Subject of the email>

When I reply to an email using AquaMail, the message I'm replying to is headed only:

  On <date, time> <Sender's name and email> wrote:

No record of anyone else who will have received the email.

Is it possible for Aquamail to generate replies in the way that Outlook does, with the full info of everyone who is on copy?

You will find an option in the settings > Sending and composing > "Quoting header format" = Like MS Outlook
