Message sending not working with Zoho.

Hi,

I'm a Aqua pro user. I added my Zoho mail account. I am trying to send one email from draft folder but it is giving error and my message is not getting send. I have checked all basic things like receiver email address and my WiFi as well. They all are fine.

I'm very disappointed. Fix this bug/issue right away.

What's the text of the error you're getting? Demanding something be fixed without providing details isn't very productive.

Is it happening to -all- outgoing email, or just to one user/domain?

I didn't check. But after your reply I did send trial messages on my other email addresses. They all got successfully delivered!

I have recently shifted to Aqua, but from what I remember from my experience this sending emails error used to occur randomly with any random email address.

To resolve it I had to login in webmail and send the failed email in draft. Each time I have the failed message from via webmail login they have got send successfully in one go!! So via web login no issue in sending mails!!

This time also I have to do the same! The mail which Aqua was failing to send got send in one go via Weblogin! It was already there in draft. And you know what? It was a simple Gmail address on which aqua was not able to send the message.

Hope you will look into this and get it resolve!

The error comes from mail server.

Maybe isn't liking your phone's IP address. Maybe it's not liking your receipient.

Don't know why it sends from web mail - but this is not an error in the app.

Would be best to check with Zoho support, letting them know the error message and the recipient.

I have already contacted them. Today I got reply from them that they have made some changes on their end. Let us hope this doesn't arise in future.
