SMTP error/ Galasy S8+

I have problems so send my e-mails. Everytime I want to sent an e-Mail I get a SMTP error. I don´t know what to do. I tried to uninstall the Programm and to look off. I also check the WLAN and the Network, it is alright.  I have an Samsung Galaxy S8+.  And now I don´t know what to do.

Have you been using AM and this SMTP server previously with no errors and all of a sudden there are errors? Or is this a new install and the first time you've set up this account?

Can you be more specific as to exactly what the SMTP error says?

Have you confirmed that you're using the correct SMTP server and that there are no typos?

Have you confirmed that your logon credentials are correct and without typos?

Yes I have using this server previously with no errors. The SMTP error says "550 please activate the SMPT option" but the SMPT option is activated. And the logon credentials are correct and without typos.

This error comes from your mail server, not from Aqua Mail.

Sounds like you need to log into your mail server's "control panel" and "activate" SMTP.

Maybe your mail provider is freenet?
