Get virus messge after last update

I get a virus message from avira antivirus security pro, telling that aquaMail contains
ANDR.airbrush A.GEN
telling me this is a potencially unwanted element and should be deinstalled
Did not do that before AquaMail got last update installed.
What does it mean and what to do

I'm getting the same message using avira antivirus security free.  AquaMail updated about 45 minutes ago, promptly got the notification.

Did you follow the link that Kostya posted? And installed the version in that link?

No, I did not. Thought that this would come by update anyway.
So - why is it necessary to install something extra, that is NOT coming by update via PlayStore? .... just want to know, so could you please explain.
After that update posted by Kostya .... do I still have last version installed on my tablet, I had by last update, that came yesterday?

It should come by update via PlayStore, but it's an "Staged rollout":
The update is currently visible from 25% of all devices, randomly picked by Google

Cannot install it. Says apk is not ok. Next download … same result.

Ok .... dowloaded it once more, and finally the third download worked. Seems Wi-Fi in this facility here isnot THAT stable.
And thanks to Kostya for everything (now, past, future).

We posted the .apk here so that affected users could get this version sooner.

It wasn't anything "extra" - same app, newer version, with this fix specifically.

The fix is included in the most recent "1.16 at 25%" upload on Google Play which can be installed "officially".
