It's not user visible - an internal technical change.

Everything should (and does, according to my testing) work exactly as before.

With the last dev builds, including thye latest, at some point/after some time, my imap accounts randomly are not showing the progress spinning arrow. For example I either click accounts circle arrow or pull down to check emails. And then the green animated spinning arrow disappears and after a while (when sync is  done?), the static circle arrow appears again.

Workaround is forcing the app stop and after starting it again, the animated arrow is back for a while.

Screenshot added. I think it's related to sync or/and caching.

This is a purely visual glitch, correct?

Account actually do check mail (sync) - new messages received, and "last sync time" below each account gets updated (where it says "today"), right?

Yes, tested, visual glitch, accounts and timestamps gets updated.
