+ Merged fix for "double spaced reply headers in Outlook for Windows" from 1.14.

+ Added "increase indent" in new text editor, "decrease" was already there.

+ Greeting / signature editor is now full screen (was: a popup window), easier to use.

Does not use the new editor *yet*, no "paste html code" *yet*

+ Добавили команду "увеличить отступ" в новом редакторе, "уменьшить" уже была.

+ Редактирование приветствия / подписи теперь занимает полный экран (было: всплывающее окно), более удобно.

Yeah text editor in a tiny popup window was a bit difficult to use

Next step - wire up the new HTML based editor + "paste HTML code" feature.
