Network Error adding account - Android

Android version stopped syncing with AOL mail.  I deleted account and attempted to re-add account.  Now I get "Incoming mail server(IMAP): Network error.  Unexpected end of network stream.  Please make sure your settings are correct."

This happened on both my AOL account on my tablet and on my wife's AOL account on her tablet.  we made no changes.  AOL mail continues to work using Thunderbird on our laptops.

I am having the same problem, I can't retrieve email from any AOL account on my android phone since 11:30 am this morning.

Same problem here.  Android stopped working at 1:15 EST.  I deleted and tried to re add and now it won't add at all?

Yes, mine is finally working again too.  I'm surprised aol just hasn't packed it up and called it a great career.  Lol.

Wasn't just Aqua Mail or just Android.
