Exchange Mail Error

Dear Friends,
My exchange mail error like this attachment. Aqua mail on my Asus Zenfone 2.
Please advice. Thanks a lot.

The error message suggests that the folder "PEP" isn't available on the server anymore.

Please check this on your exchange mail server.

Or the whole account isn't available over the "EWS (Exchange Web Services)" protocol that's used by Aqua Mail to connect to Exchange.

Please ask your IT people about it, specifically about EWS (Exchange Web Services).

It has happened before that "some" things are changed and cause EWS to stop working, and the IT people aren't even aware of it.

The standard link (endpoint) for EWS is:

https://you_server_name/EWS/Exchange.asmx

Hello,
I have same Problem.
I checked the link of your Post and I get the error. But in a other Mail App it worked. I get the error Message since around 6th of December.

The App called BlueMail and the Protokoll is ActiveSync (EAS) and Exchange Web Services (EWS). I though maybe you changed something since 6th of December. Sorry I waste your time. I asked also our IT they didn't says thats why I asked here.

Also when i take the EWS Protokoll from "BlueMail" it will work. I wait from reply from my IT.

I think Blue Mail is Active Sync not EWS.

It will work with both Protocols EAS and EWS. My IT sayed that nothing changed in the Protocol, so they use EWS.

But why it will work in the other App.
What exaclty can i ask  them?
I will contact them  with the error Message.
