change FROM in new emails

My wife got the same phone I have and I set her up and don't remember what I did
She tried sending her first email from her phone and when I got it, the FROM NAME was mine, not hers.
The address itself was correct...but the display name wasn't.

How do I fix this?

Hi,

To fix the problem, please make a long hold on the account and choose Rename, change your name.

But please be aware that some mail servers will rewrite the From header and put in "the right name" (and their definition of "right" may not be what you expect).

Hotmail did this in the past, not anymore, but I just want to point out that it does happen.

So if the name is still wrong after doing what Nadia suggested above - please check your mail account's web mail (the mail provider's web site) and there may be a "name" setting there somewhere too.
