att-wifi
« on: September 17, 2017, 04:10:17 am »
I'm using the pro ver 1.11.0-568.  On a Nexus 6P with Oreo 8.0

When I'm connected to a att-wifi Aqual-mail just spins constantly with circle arrow red and never connects to download mail.  If I log off the WiFi then Aqua-mail will check my emails.  How can I get around this as the red circle spinning drains the battery

You may need to login to that WiFi. Did you?

It is the very last item on the FAQ page:
Cannot send emails when device is connected to WiFi (connect / network errors)

Yes.  When logged into the wifi it will just spin and not check mail.  I log out of the wifi and then it will check emails.

The sending works just fine, it's the checking of emails.
