Do you mean it has those in the body of the message, at the top of the forwarded message?
It is normal and rather typical for a forwarded message to have the original From, To, Cc headers. Say, Thunderbird doesn't offer any option of forwarding without those headers.
In contrast, Aquamail, has an option to forward a message without those headers, only with the Subject and Date: "Forward (Anonymous)". That command is available in the message view, via 3-dot menu.

No. The forwarded message contains the address /name of the original message in the forwarded message's "To' space.

Sorry, but you are wrong:
Using the option "Forward (anonymous)" - as mentioned by @StR - there is no adress / name from the original sender.
