No FB notifications - How can i get it on my mail?

One day AquaMail stops all my FB notifications - why? What can i do to get it on my mail?

Not an Aqua Mail issue, sorry. Please check your Facebook settings.

Sorry, but i think that is the problem of AquaMail. Other mail clients for example Gmail on the same telephone, on the same system got all notifications and messages from FB. What can i do to get it? How can i set AquaMail. Any spambox rules?

Aqua does not do its own spam filtering and has no implementation for message rules.

It syncs each folder independently of others, whatever's there on the mail server (in web mail) you'll get in the app.

Are you trying to tell me that my mail server works correctly with for example gmail cilent, but not with aquamail? (The same version system / the same time / the same telephone) How its possible? Mail server recognized and choose where he can works correctly?

Two questions:
1. How is the account set in Aquamail? Is it IMAP or POP3?
2. When you look in other mail clients, in which folder do those FB notifications reside? Is it Inbox, or any other?

And also, it might be helpful: Who is the provider for this e-mail account? One of the big ones (Gmail? ...?) or some private server?

You never wrote any of that in your original post.

Your question sounded like Facebook stopped sending you emails.

1. IMAP (I have POP3 on my computer and there everything is ok)
2. For exaple in Gmail client FB notifications reside on inbox - normal
3. Provider is the bigest in Poland (Nothing small) but is not big one in the world

What about other messages in Inbox, are they visible in Aqua Mail?

This is going to be very very difficult to diagnose since there is no error and we're only talking about specific messages.

There is not going to be anything in the log that says "this is a message that did not download" -- since apparently the app isn't seeing it.

We can try it like this:

- Wait until there is a fresh FB notification message or several in web mail

- Still in web mail: star them and mark unread

- Make a screenshot of those in web mail with dates / time visible

- In Aqua Mail, long press on the account -> diag: message dates -> choose Inbox -> run the log -> send to support (there is going to be a button for that)

AND then right away

- Enable Aqua Mail's debug logging (link in my signature) with "raw session data" enabled

- Open the Inbox and refresh it, wait to finish, send this log file #2 to support too and attach the screenshot of web mail.
