Signature and launch

Hi guys
Not sure if I've reached the right topic for this great app(?) :-)

But two questions;
1. How do I change the signature?
2. When I launch the app/icon I want to go straight to my e-mail account - not having to click again to visit my account. How can I change this?

2.:
Settings -> Look and feel -> scroll down to the item 'Start the app in... ' -> tap on it and choose the desired accont / folder

Last question: When viewing an e-mail and you're in the bottom of an open e-mail; is there a way to add a button to move the mail straight to Archive (Gmail)? Like the trash icon

Yes of course 
-> Settings -> Message view -> scroll down to the item 'Customize the buttons' -> choose the desired icons which you want to use in the action bar
