Outlook Exchange folders not visible within Aquamail
« on: November 12, 2018, 05:51:59 pm »
I have just added 2 Outlook Exchange accounts to Aquamail. In one of them, I can select all the subfolders that I have created in Outlook and that I can see have synchronised to Outlook online. On the other account, I can’t see any subfolders. The problem this is causing me, is because I’ve got rules set up to filter email but if I can’t access those folders, then I can’t read my email off the phone because I can’t access those folders.

I’ve tried installing the Outlook Exchange account again but it’s no different. I added both accounts in the same way, that is using Aquamail’s automatic facility (as opposed to manual).

I’d be grateful for any advice, please.

Many thanks

Cath

As an update, in the "problem account", if I create a sub-folder of the inbox then I can see those folders in Aquamail. The odd thing is that the other account shows the folders that have been created directly under username@outlook.com, that is not created as a sub-folder of the in box Odd...?!

Thanks

I tried recreating the folders and then copying in the e-mails. It worked!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read this.
