How do I post a feature request

Hi, I just registered to the forum, but I can't create a new topic on other groups like Feature  Requests. Is that restricted somehow?

the reason why the "Feature requests" section is closed by the developer you can see in this post:

So, just post your suggestion(s) in one of the other sections, where it fits best.
