I have paid thé pro version with à Google account,  but now i dont have Google account on my Device and i dont want. So how can i have the pro version without paid again the pro version.

Already see and that dont answer my question.  I have already a pro version with à Google account,  but now i dont have Google account and Google service on my Device and i dont want Reinstall thé Google app. So how can i have the pro version without paid again

There is nothing that can be done about that "automatically". The Google Play Store license works only through Google Play services.
That "Purchasing" page describes the alternative licensing mechanism, but you cannot just simply transfer your license from one to another one.
I don't know, - may be the developer, Kostya, - would be willing do help you out. I'd suggest sending him an e-mail to the address listed on that page. Note that Kostya is away for a week, and he will be able to read your message only after he is back.

The OP has read that page. What the OP essentially needs is to transfer the key/license from Google Play to the other mechanism without paying again.  And he/she wants it now.

While that page would have helped the OP in proper planning when purchasing the license, at this point, it does not help.
So, his/her options are: (1) to purchase the unlocker key from PayPro Global or (2) to wait for Kostya, hoping that he could do the transfer manually.
That's why the 3 sad faces.
