No, those are the same font and font size, sorry.

To me, those "items" are very similar -- "special folders" which are not "real folders", but collect messages from somewhere else in the app.

And that's why I used same font and font size.

Unified Inbox / Unified Drafts are both a kind of folders.

The other names in your screenshot are all Account names and these are displayed in bold font (same type / same size)
