How to categorize emails in the Aqua Mail android client?

In Outlook I can manually categorize (colour mark) emails. How do I do that in Aqua Mail? I've tried to find that option for an email, but I can't see to find it.

If you create several folders on server, it will be possible to sort your messages automatically by server or manually by moving messages in AquaMail.

It is not the same, but it helps a lot to categorize messages. Folders in AquaMail could have a color tag.

My use for Categorization in Outlook is actually to mark all issues that I am done with with a green category. I get tons of emails every day at work, and I need to be able to track which emails I have taken action for, and which I haven't.

Ok, I understand that it's not available in Aqua mail.  :'(

How does "starred" message correlate to Outlook? Is that displayed like flagged messages or something else? After all I read most of my emails in Outlook.
