Digital signed mails are unreadable

Hello,

from my company I received digital signed mails. In AquaMail, the mails are completely empty. Eg. in Outlook or the stock mail program of my Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet, I can read the mails without a problem.

Are there any options to read digital signed mails with AquaMail?

I am working with Android 7 stock and the newest playstore version of AquaMail.

Sorry the app does not support message signing or encryption.

I would like to check why it's not able to show anything at all.

Could you please capture the issue in the app's debug log, with "raw message data" enabled, please see the link in my signature below?

With the log enabled, please open one such message, do Menu -> Diag: reload, wait for it to complete, maybe then do another one, finally send me the log file (kmansoft / gmail).

Is this something you will be working on implementing? This could be a very important feature for some, including me, considering most email I send is digitally signed within Outlook. When I send mail from my mobile (AquaMail) it doesn't sign the messages, so people will be justifiably skeptical. The second Outlook for Android supports it I will switch my client, and I hope everyone else will as well. Email is such an insecure platform all users needs to step up their awareness and all businesses and developers their security implementations.

Sorry I just haven't been able to implement this yet, being busy with lots of other things.

As for the "empty message", this has come up before, for some IMAP servers.

Only messages received by this new version, after the update, will be affected.
