Exchange Server Mail for Aqua Mail

Aqua mail worked great for my company exchange server mail for over a year.
But since last week, IT dept change some policies on back end, I guess...

Aqua mail no longer work now, but the MS Outlook app for Android still work fine.
Any setting I can change from Aqua mail, instead of I seek help from IT dept...?

Since I don't know what's changed...

Please ask IT people if they've deliberately or accidentally messed up EWS (Exchange Web Services).

If you can't get anywhere with them -- then please make a debug log and I'll try to work out what's different (see my signature for that please).


It has happened before, more than once, that IT people block EWS and don't even know it -- e.g. a new firewall that's missing a rule, a proxy, that sort of thing...
