Stolen mobile phone
« on: July 05, 2016, 07:21:24 pm »
I have stolen my mobile phone and now I have another phone. I installed the latest version of AquaMail Pro but now does not recognize me that I purchased AquaMail Pro. How can I have AquaMail Pro on the new mobile phone?

Thanks

If you'd purchased on Google Play, you should be able to install the Unlocker from there, without paying again -- as long as you'd set up the new phone with same @gmail account as the old one, so Google recognizes you.

If you did, and Play still asks for a payment -- please try installing the Unlocker using a web browser, same link, just open it on your Windows PC if you use one:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kman.AquaMail.UnlockerMarket

( explanation: Google Play *app* on a *new* phone can be very slow to sync your purchases )

If Google Play web site *still* asks you to pay -- please contact me at kmansoft / gmail, there is a different way.

Google Play does not recognize the account because the account on my new phone is different from the previous one. Then Google Play asks me to pay. How do we proceed alternately? You can not recognize my phone number? What is the same.

While Kostya might find a different solution, - I can offer you a simple solution (this can help you with other apps you've purchased in Google Play for the old phone):
You can add an additional Google account to your phone, and then reinstall the paid apps while choosing that account in Google Play app (or logging in the web-browser to Google Play website with that account.)
See, e.g. here how to do that:
http://www.howtogeek.com/202350/how-to-add-another-google-account-to-your-android-device/

I have a separate Google account to purchase paid apps. This allows me to install these apps on a tablet that I can temporarily hand to other people without them being able to have access to my Gmail, Google Calendar, and other private things.
