How Do I Transfer my Pro account to a new mobile?
« on: June 02, 2015, 03:34:24 pm »
Hi,

I searched the forum but did not find any satisfactory solution to my query and hence this new post.

Currently I am using Aqua Mail Pro on Samsung Note 2 mobile. Now I intend to use "One Plus 1" mobile. Please guide me as how can I down load and activate my existing the PRO version on the new device - without re-purchasing it.

Thanks.

You are able to download the app from Google play store. Therefore just login to your Google account  and follow these steps:

1. Step: Install AquaMail (free version) from Play Store
Then start AquaMail once and configure one of your email accounts (enter your login data)

Close the app

2. Step: Buy and install AquaMail Pro Key (unlocker) to activate the free app to “pro” status.

3. Step: Start AquaMail (the "normal" app icon,  not the "Pro Key")

Enjoy the Pro features on your new device.

Note:
You can also transfer your accounts and app settings easily to the new device by using the "Backup and restore" feature of AquaMail.

Atul,

Since you already purchased the app, and assuming you've done that on Google Play --

-- please set up the new phone with same @gmail account in system settings as the old one. The new phone should / should have walked you through this during initial setup.

Once that's done, the AquaMail Pro Unlocker will show as "Purchased" in Google Play and you'll be able to install it without having to pay again.

Other than that, what @mikeone said. Install the free app first, then the unlocker.
