Option for renaming the "Smart Folder"

A (smart) solution could be to implement an option for renaming the" Smart Folder" individual by the user (just like an "Account name"):

There are just too many places where it's used, would be a pain to implement (e.g. notifications, widgets...)

Maybe I could use something like "Il Boitee Das Unifikat" to please all users at once (at least the European ones)

Sure!

I wouldn't say that, but somebody might comment that it is a "copy" operation, whereas only "move" is implemented in Aqua.
