Atavism or by design?

I just noticed this:
Account is configured to "delete immediately". In the message list view,  when I choose a message,  the floating bar has "move to deleted".
Is this by design or an atavism?
I know that it mirrors what happens in the alternative "delete" configuration . But it seems to be redundant, as under the next, "move to folder" icon, one can move to "deleted". Or, may be it is worth keeping for consistency?

It is not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it.

Nope, it is with the latest release, 1.5.9.10.
You are referring to the swipe functionality:

+ Fixed regression: message list, swipe command "Delete (account's delete option)" was always working as "Move to Deleted" regardless of the account's actual "how to delete messages" setting.

Hmm...

Just checked, the bottom-most icon (easiest to reach) in the "floating context bar" becomes an "X" which is "delete immediately" (if that is the account's delete option).

However, the "three dots" menu always has "the other two", for flexibility, so in this case, "hide" and "move to deleted".

Yes, I was referring to the "three-dot menu" on the floating bar.
Sorry for not being very clear.
