Error synchronizing mail

I've attached a screenshot.

I know my company recently changed something today as I can no longer receive my emails through ews.   Looks to be a version mismatch of some sort?

I know its not a bug so i posted it here.

Any thoughts?

I have had this error,  too,  but it always goes away after a while.

I'm not an Exchange expert any more than I'm a ballet dancer, but my understanding is that:

- "Exchange Server" isn't one piece of software, it's several pieces that interact with each other

- The server mismatch in the error is between those pieces

Please ask the IT people about it:

- AquaMail uses the EWS (Exchange Web Services)  protocol to access Exchange, not ActiveSync

- Googling the error code, ErrorNoDestinationCASDueToVersionMismatch, actually finds a good deal of content, discussions and solutions

Thanks.  You got me in thinking mode and it appears they changed the server from mail....  to webmail...

All is good now.
