First, hope you feel better and thanks for a good email client.
It would be nice if there was an option to only sync the inbox during the scheduled syncs for imap. I have a lot of folders, and rarely do the contents change, except when I move a new mail to a folder, so synching all the subscribed folders every time a scheduled sync happens is a waste of time/bandwidth and slows down the whole process when on a slow connection, like 2g. There should still be a way to manually request ALL folders to sync, but if there was a default way to sync only the inboxes I have set up (like on the iDevices), it would sync much faster.
