Sent items issue

Hello folks, thank you for reading this and offering any type of assistance.  I have AquaMail Pro....

Today, I've sent multiple emails from AquaMail; early morning, late morning, early afternoon and just a few minutes ago.  I just found out none of my emails from AquaMail have been sent to the recipients (business and personal) today.  No settings have changed, and AM is up-to-date on my Galaxy Edge.

This isn't an issue with my email provider since sent items are confirmed being sent on both Outlook 2013 and from a webmail service from my email provider.  I'm receiving emails just fine on AquaMail, only issue is items are not being sent although they are showing in my [Sent] folder. 

I really enjoy this app, it performs extremely well but this current issue is a major problem.  Any and all advice is welcome, and appreciated.  Once again, thank you for your time!

How can you be sure? Nothing has changed in your ISP settings, on their servers, etc. ?


I should've clarified.  I haven't changed any settings and I spoke with my email host, they haven't changed anything either.

Have you checked with one of your own email addresses? Please send an email to yourself (other account) and check


Yes, I've checked with four different "throw away" accounts of mine. 

It's definitely a AquaMail issue as I've sent emails from the Edge stock email app this morning, which I absolutely despise using the stock app, and they're sending just fine.

Your mail provider has "new" settings, which are different from the automatic preset in AquaMail (and those I took from K9 Mail a long time ago).

I'm not sure how "new" they really are -- but then I'm pretty far from your Internet / mail provider's service area, so they might have changed any time in the last 3 years, and I wouldn't have noticed.

I've replied to your email with a link to the provider's web site that has the new settings.

Nope, the change was definitely on the server side:

Old settings:
– smtp.east.cox.net
– SSL
– port 465
– the login is just “user” without the “@cox.net” part

New settings on the official web site:
– smtp.cox.net
– SSL
– port 465
– the login is “user@cox.net

Major props to Kostya for responding to my emails in a timely fashion to rectify the problem and everyone else for responding ITT.  Yes, it was on the server side although my provider told me I had the correct settings when indeed the send settings did in fact change.
