Already mentioned in a bug report ( newbielink:http://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=331.0 [nonactive]) -- I'd like to support Beast Of Bodmin's request for an option to mark messages as read manually. That's how I operate with my other email clients.
Excellent app, by the way -- registered the Pro version within an hour of trying it.
