This version will do a complete re-sync with the server, once.

You'll see your calendar events disappear from system Calendar, then get populated again.

Awesome!   How often does it poll the account for changes for calendar events?  Is it synced with the mail checks (EWS)?  Is there any way to choose other colors for the account in the calendar?

Syncs on every mail check, yes.

Also when / if you make changes with a Calendar app (Google's own, or any other), then Android will "tell" AquaMail to sync those changes a few seconds later.

Thanks to your great debug log, as it was something I'd never see in my Office 365 account (it was quite a serious bug).

Will calendar syncing be optional?  Can I not sync a calendar that I have associated with my EWS account?

Yes, optional. Long press the account (in the account list) -> options and folders -> Exchange options.

Small idea. Decrease sync interval in nights (half of "normal" sync interval maybe). Probably not hard to do.

Yes, somewhere on my list (and been there too long). Also separate night / weekend settings per account.
