Hello Montmartre,
I just started using Aqua Mail, and I think it's awesome! Cheers to Kostya!
I had the same question as well, since my firm uses a standard color for its font. So I started to search the settings for a way to have a permanent font color. Then I found your post and Kostya's reply.
Fortunately, Eureka for us! I found out that we can have a standard format for our mails, through the signature settings. So all you gotta do is follow the steps as stated in the FAQ (copied below):
- How can I specify a signature?
1) long-press the account in the main window
2) choose “Options and folders”, then “Composing and Sending”.
3) The signature setting is on the next screen.
In doing the above, ensure that the format is
rich text enabled.
Then you copy your company's signature, and add an additional space above it with a letter or in my case I added the most used word in every letter/mail: "Dear". If your signature does not have the color you want, you can format the specified color in the above tab while inserting the signature text. To illustrate it please see below my inserted signature format:
Dear
Regards,
Name
Company
And then, voilà you got yourself a standard format color for every time you compose a new email.
But Kostya, in my humble opinion, it would be a great feature to have an option of choosing a permanent color font. Maybe to be inserted in the "composing and sending" section on top of the "Rich text font size (when sending)" and "Rich text font family (when sending)". (just a humble suggestion, from a newbie fan
)
I am definitely going to purchase the Pro Version! Finally an app which is even better than blackberry mail.
Again, thank you Kostya!
And hope the above suggestion, helps you Montmartre!
Greetings from Indonesia!
