Huawei Ascend P7 sync

Hello @ All over here

Since switching over to a Huawei Ascend P7 Email my account (IMAP4) is not working correct. When I do sync manually all is good but even with the correct Setting (15 Minutes sync) for polling I did not receive new Emails. i checked all possible configs and even a working backup is not syncing when its on the Huawei device

Other Mobiles like Samsung, or HTC work fine with my Setting it's just the Huawei with latest Software which causes trouble.

Can somebody help me

Please check system settings -> data usage -> Menu

Make sure that "Auto-sync data" is enabled (checked).

Two other thoughts:

- Do you happen to be using an app called Clean Master or similar "memory optimization" apps that "speed up your phone by up to 1000%"? If you do, please disable or add AquaMail to its "exclude list".

- Maybe the phone itself has a similar function, where it stops and kills "unwanted" applications?

seems to work now. It was the program to save energy from Huawei. When you scroll down where the battery symbol is you can find some more setting which were set to not allow aqual mail to do as requested.

From my point of view I rather return a phone before changing aqual mail to another program. Support is great and for my usage its perfect.
