Empty Trash; Don't Save Sent Mail Options

Very impressive app! These two additional features would put it over the top. Ideally, it would also save data to an external SD. Thanks for a great app!

You can disable "Save sent messages" on the account options.
To empty the Deleted messages folder you just click and hold and select the option Delete all.
