3 email accounts

I recently purchased the app, I have three email accounts.  Two gmail accounts and 1 Microsoft exchange account.  I have two issues:

1.  when I get an email for any account, one of the gmail accounts always shows a notification but there isn't a new email.  this happens even when I get an email for that account, it will show 2 notifications but there is only 1 new email.  I do not have any folders for that account.

2.  my Microsoft exchange account will not automatically update even though I have it set up to.

Any thoughts?

1 - Is there perhaps an older unread message in that one account?

2 - Does it sync if you tap the refresh button? Or is there an error message and the account won't sync?

Also, can you make sure that the Exchange account's "Scheduled sync" is enabled? Long press the account -> options and folders -> account options.

1. There is not an older account.  I deleted the widget and reinstalled it and it still does it.  If I get 3 emails for one of the accounts...then the second gmail account will show a 3.

2.  I checked the sync and its checked.  It will sync but not automatically.

Not "an older account".
1 - Is there perhaps an older unread message in that one account?

1 - So it's on a widget? When creating a widget, you get a window where you can choose what the widget will "point to". Is it set to this specific account?

And btw -- what's the phone's make / model and what launcher do you use?

2 - do you happen to use an app called Clean Master?
