Yes, the latest in Play is 1.5.0.19.

I am going to publish more (one or two) "beta" versions in Play, and then, finally, the 1.5.1 when it's done.

Will the internal version numbers (or whatever) be made so that those who are on the beta versions get back onto the main line when that happens, or will we have to uninstall and reinstall?

These betas will be followed final 1.5.1 soon I think. So once you are using beta build, you do not need to go back (fixes from 1.5.0 are backported to betas).

Right, when 1.5.1 gets to actual release -- you will be able to update from any prior version, 1.5.0 or 1.5.1-dev.
